• Delivery Time:
  • Tamil Nadu, Kerala & South India: 2–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days
• Courier Partners: We ship through trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, XpressBees, and other reliable partners.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp / SMS / Email.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above 250/-.
• Combo Offers: Selected combo products may include discounted shipping charges or free gifts, as mentioned in top banner offers.

Delivery Terms

• Please provide the correct delivery address and phone number while placing your order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
• If the courier partner marks your parcel as undelivered / returned, our team will contact you regarding the next steps.

RTO & Re-shipping

• If your parcel is returned due to delivery failure (RTO), we can re-ship your order after converting it to prepaid mode.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
