Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to Madhura Fashion Jewellery / Madhura.shop.

Exchange Terms

• Exchange requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Product received is damaged / defective
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
• If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement of the same model only.
• Exchange for a different model / design is not allowed.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including:
  • Original tags
  • Original packaging materials
  • Courier receipt
  • Invoice / bill copy
  • Any other relevant documents

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment (before dispatch from our warehouse).
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Returns / replacements will be handled only as per the Exchange Policy mentioned above.
